supportive space. Together, we’ll explore new strategies, exchange insights, and reflect on how we can strengthen our relationships with our teens.

Explore effective communication styles, better understand adolescent development, and learn practical ways to stay regulated during difficult conversations—while modelling positive responses for your teen.

This course requires a commitment to attending all 4 sessions. The sessions are progressive, building on topics one week to the next. Cost is $25 for the full course.
